I debated for months on getting this. I checked into the Sony but it didn't have nearly the features of the Kindle. I especially like the full keyboard on the Kindle. My sister and a friend both have Kindles and HIGHLY recommended it. So I ordered it. When it arrived I was so excited! I charged it (which was really quick) and purchased my first book. It took about 30 seconds! It is so easy to read and really easy on the eyes. I love that you can adjust the font. I set it on the next to largest print and I don't even need my glasses! I have since bought 2 more books, a Kandle, a skin and a cover! I can't say enough good things about it! I love the dictionary feature also - I use it alot! If you are on the fence about it - just get it - you won't be sorry! |

I have been using my Kindle for a month and I love it!
Easy to use, light, fits in my purse, no glare on screen, long battery life!
The reason for the 4 stars and not five is that the speech function is very confusing as it speaks even to say there are quotation marks, and inverted marks. Initially I was very confused not understanding what had just happened. The monotone voice, the lack of intonation, makes it really harder to follow during dialogues.
Overall a great product for the avid reader! |

I couldn't be more pleased with my Kindle 2. It's so handy to order a new book and the price per book is very
reasonable through Didgital. It particularly helps pass the time when I'm on the treadmill or bike at the gym. |
